AI is disrupting jobs. I'm using AI to connect people with opportunities.

Everyone is worried about AI taking their job. I think the bigger question is: when you need to find the next one, will the tools actually help you? I built FindJob to make sure the answer is yes.

FindJob — connecting people with opportunities

The same week a company announces layoffs citing AI efficiency, it posts 40 new openings on its careers page. Roles are changing, not disappearing — but finding them means manually checking LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Instahyre, and a dozen startup career pages every morning. That friction is the real problem. I used AI to eliminate it.

All your sources. One clean feed.

FindJob aggregates fresh job listings every weekday from multiple sources into a single, clean feed — LinkedIn and Indeed via a job search API, direct ATS boards like Greenhouse and Lever straight from company career pages, and a growing list of other portals. No more checking five platforms every morning.

Freshness is enforced, not hoped for

The portals have the same data. The difference is incentives. They profit from keeping listings alive — FindJob doesn't. So the rules are strict: nothing older than 3 days gets in from external sources. Nothing older than 21 days stays. Dead listings don't accumulate — they get purged automatically.

This isn't a promise. It's enforced at the data layer.

Built for how people actually search

The remote filter is a toggle, not a tab. Because a job in Bangalore can still be remote-first, and treating “India” and “Remote” as mutually exclusive was wrong. Filter by source — LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, or Others — and the counts update live as you apply other filters. No page reloads, no surprises.

No setup. No login. No cost.

This is the part that matters most. Setting up AI tools for job hunting — Claude connectors, Apify scrapers, MCP configurations — requires API keys, paid subscriptions, and real technical know-how. That's a high bar for people who are already stressed about their job search.

FindJob is the ready-made version. Open it. Filter. Apply. That's it. No account, no subscription, no pipeline to maintain.

“I used AI to build the solution quickly.
What AI couldn't replace was 18 years of knowing which problem was worth solving.”

What's next

FindJob is free and will stay that way. The sources are growing, and so are the categories. Right now the focus is tech — engineering, product, data, design — but if you work in accounting, finance, operations, legal, or any other field and want to see those roles included, drop me a note. Same goes for job portals or ATS boards you think should be on here. That form goes straight to my inbox — no support queue, no bot.

If you're job hunting in India right now, give it a try. Fresh listings, every weekday.
